Your quotation lists each of these separately:

- Salaried people, including those who changed jobs or have rental income
- Freelancers, consultants and professionals
- Small business owners and partners in firms
- Investors with capital gains from shares, mutual funds or property
- NRIs with income in India
- Firms, LLPs and companies, whose business returns we scope separately

Don't send documents with your enquiry. If you decide to go ahead, we'll tell you exactly what's needed and how to share it securely.
How it works
Request a call back
Send the short form or call us. An expert calls you to understand your situation and answer your questions.
Receive a written quotation
It sets out the scope, what is included and excluded, and lists professional fees, government charges and taxes separately.
Share documents
We send a checklist for your situation. We compare what you share with the tax department’s records for you.
Prepare and approve
We prepare the return and send you a summary of income, tax and any refund. You approve it before filing.
File and e-verify
We file the return and help you e-verify it, usually with an Aadhaar OTP. A return is not complete until it is verified.
After filing
The department processes the return and sends an intimation. We explain it and tell you if anything needs action.
How long it takes
We agree a target filing date with you based on your documents and the due date that applies. Due dates depend on your situation, for example whether your accounts need a tax audit, and are sometimes extended, so we confirm yours on the call.
The main things that affect timing:
- How complete your documents are
- Differences between your records and the AIS or Form 26AS that need checking
- E-verification after filing, which must be done within 30 days
Common questions
Which law applies to my return now that there is a new Income-tax Act?
The Income-tax Act, 2025 came into force on 1 April 2026 and replaces the Income-tax Act, 1961. Returns for income earned up to 31 March 2026 (financial year 2025-26) are still filed under the 1961 Act. Income from 1 April 2026 falls under the new Act, which uses a single "tax year" in place of the previous year and assessment year.
Do I need to file if my income is below the taxable limit?
Sometimes. Filing can be required even below the limit in certain situations, and it is the only way to claim back tax that was deducted. We'll tell you whether you must file.
Old or new tax regime?
The new regime is the default for individuals. You can choose the old regime if it works out better: people without business income can choose each year, while people with business income have limited chances to switch. We compare both before filing.
What if I miss the due date?
You can usually still file a belated return, with a late fee and interest on any tax due, but some benefits can be lost, such as carrying forward certain losses. An updated return can also be filed within 48 months in many cases, with additional tax.
What is e-verification?
It confirms that the return is yours. It must be done within 30 days of filing, for example with an Aadhaar OTP or net banking. An unverified return is treated as not filed.
