Request a quotation
Fees depend on whether you are a company or an LLP, your size, the number of directors or partners, and whether earlier years are pending. We usually quote one fee for the year.
Your quotation lists each of these separately:
- Professional fees for our work
- Government filing fees, at actual cost
- GST on professional fees
Who this is for
- Private limited companies and one person companies
- Limited liability partnerships (LLPs)
- Newly registered companies with first-year filings, such as the declaration for commencement of business (Form INC-20A), due within 180 days of incorporation
- Companies and LLPs that have fallen behind and want to catch up

How it works
Request a call back
Send the short form or call us. An expert calls you to understand your situation and answer your questions.
Receive a written quotation
It lists the filings covered for the year, what is included and excluded, and our fees, government fees and GST separately.
Status check and checklist
We review your filing history, list what is pending and send a dated checklist for the year.
Meetings and documents
We prepare meeting notices, minutes and forms, and a second team member reviews them before they reach you.
Sign and file
Directors or designated partners sign with digital signatures, and we file with the Registrar and share the filing references.
Through the year
We remind you before each due date and update your checklist when filings are accepted.
How long it takes
Annual compliance follows the financial year. A company usually holds its AGM within six months of the year end (by 30 September), files its financial statements within 30 days of the AGM and its annual return within 60 days of it. An LLP files Form 11 by 30 May and Form 8 by 30 October. Late Registrar filings attract an additional fee of ₹100 a day for each form.
The main things that affect timing:
- Completion of the audit, which must come before the financial statements are filed
- Directors or partners signing on time
- Catching up on any pending filings from earlier years
Common questions
We have had no business this year. Do we still need to file?
Yes. Companies and LLPs must file their annual returns even when there has been no activity. If the business won't be used, there are options such as dormant status or closure, which we can explain.
What has changed for directors' KYC?
From 31 March 2026, the yearly DIR-3 KYC filing is replaced by a simpler KYC filing once every three years. Directors who have already completed KYC are next due by 30 June 2028. The same form is used to update a director’s mobile number, email or address.
Does every company need an audit?
Yes. Every company, including a one person company, must have its accounts audited by a chartered accountant each year. LLPs need an audit only when turnover exceeds ₹40 lakh or contributions exceed ₹25 lakh.
We've missed filings for past years. What happens now?
Pending filings can usually still be made, with additional fees. Long gaps carry bigger risks: the Registrar can strike off companies that do not file, and directors of a company that has not filed for three years in a row can be disqualified. We list what is pending and the order to fix it.
